My short take
The 49mm titanium Ultra 4 is rated for 50 hours, 84 in Low Power Mode, and 100 m of water. It weighs 63 g, about double the SE 3's 44mm case at 32.9 g. Dual-frequency GPS is the main reason to pay $400 more than the Series 12.
