My short take
Apple lists the 14-inch M5 Pro at $2,499 with 24GB and 1TB. The 72.4 Wh battery is rated for up to 22 hours of video, and the machine weighs 1.60 kg. The new M6 14-inch is $1,999 but only ships from Nov 6, so this is the cheapest Pro you can get today with a Pro chip.
